Dr Huachun Zou
Professor of Epidemiology, School of Public Health (Shenzhen), Sun Yat-sen University, China
Dr Huachun Zou is a trained epidemiologist. He received his PhD at the University of Melbourne in 2013 and did his NHMRC early career fellowship (2015–2019) at the Kirby Institute. His research interests include the epidemiology, intervention and cancers relevant to HIV, HPV and other STIs. He is now Professor of Epidemiology at the School of Public Health (Shenzhen), Sun Yat-sen University in China and Senior Visiting Fellow at the Kirby Institute.

Abstract
There are over 30 million men who have sex with men (MSM) in China. These men are disproportionately affected by HIV and other STIs. To address this issue, Dr Huachun Zou will talk about challenges, opportunities and innovations in the field of HIV prevention facing this population.
