In-person and online event - registrations are essential
In the US, HIV disparities suggest a need to prioritise Black sexual minority men in PrEP social marketing initiatives. However, images linking this group to HIV and PrEP may inadvertently reinforce stigma. In this seminar, I will present a mixed methods study exploring Black sexual minority men’s responses to targeted PrEP advertisements.

Sarah Calabrese is an associate professor of psychology at George Washington University (GWU) in Washington, DC. She is currently a Fulbright scholar and visiting fellow at UNSW. She earned a PhD in psychology from GWU and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale. Her research focuses on stigma and sexual health.
