Hila completed her PhD at the Kirby Institute in HIV Clinical Research focusing on the effects of HIV and antiretroviral therapy on bone disease. She then worked in clinical research and operations within academia and healthcare and was part of the data and analytics team at the Federal Department of Health and Aged Care. She currently works as a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at the Therapeutic and Vaccine Research Program at the Kirby Institute.
